Return and Refund Policy - d-moris.com

At D.Moris, we are committed to providing high-quality products to ensure your satisfaction. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on d-moris.com.

1. Legal Considerations

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

All D.Moris products are made to order according to the Customer’s specifications. Therefore, no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted except in the case of a proven defect or non-conformity of the delivered product.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully review order details before validation and payment.

Applicable law is French law.

2. Return Conditions

Only products with a manufacturing defect may be eligible for return or refund. No returns will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or ordering error by the Customer

  • Product that has been used, installed, or modified

  • Damage occurring during transport not reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Custom-made or made-to-order parts

3. Claim Deadline

Any claim regarding an apparent defect must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and must include clear photographic evidence of the defect.

After this period, no return will be accepted.

4. Return Procedure

The Customer must obtain prior written return authorization before sending any product back.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories.

The product must be intact and must not have been installed, sanded, drilled, modified, or painted.

Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the Customer.

5. Inspection and Validation

Upon receipt of the returned product, a quality inspection will be carried out.

If the defect is confirmed, D.Moris will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product (subject to stock availability)

  • Issue a credit note for the product amount

  • Issue a refund

If no defect is found, no refund will be issued. The product may be returned to the Customer at their expense.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of:

  • Improper installation or misuse of the products

  • Normal wear and tear, accident, negligence, or improper use

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from installation or use of the products

7. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal — made-to-order parts

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or customized.
